Delete Your Tropical Tides Insurance Account

Tropical Tides Insurance LLC respects your privacy and provides a way for clients to request deletion of their account and associated personal information.

How to request account deletion

You may request deletion through the Tropical Tides Insurance app by navigating to Profile → Privacy & Security → Delete Account.

Alternatively, you may email brittany@tropicaltidesinsurance.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request” using the email address associated with your account.

We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

What happens to your information

Upon verification, we will delete or de-identify account information and associated personal data that we are not legally required to retain.

Certain insurance, authorization, transaction, and compliance records may need to be retained to meet applicable legal or regulatory obligations. Any retained information will be restricted to those purposes and deleted when the applicable retention period expires.

We will confirm when your request has been processed.
